Newell Contracting has performed numerous projects at our condominium complex located at 121 River St. in Newton Massachusetts. Our condominium complex consists of seven large multi-unit buildings which over the years had developed persistent leaks and other issues concerning access stairwells, roof decks, handrails, siding, and roofing issues. Newell Contracting bid and was awarded a contract for a major repair of the exteriors of the buildings including installation ofl new corrosion-resistant access stairs.

We found their price to be very competitive and also that they had a very clear understanding of the issues at hand. As anticipated, structural issues were uncovered after the demolition phase. Working with the architect and structural engineers, Newell Contracting implemented the required fixes for the structural issues. We found throughout the project even with the structural issues Newell Contracting was able to keep to the schedule they had laid out. The fellow tenants and I were very happy with the attention to detail they paid to all aspects of the project, the condition in which they left the property at the end of each day, and how quickly they addressed any minor issues that we had. Overall we are extremely satisfied with Newell Contracting and hope to sustain a close working relationship with them over the years.
